Is RoofCRM up right now?
This page shows the live answer. A monitor probes the RoofCRM API and app every five minutes and publishes the result to a status endpoint; this page fetches that endpoint every time it loads, so what you see below is the current state, not a snapshot baked in when the site was last deployed.
How this works
The monitor checks two things: the API health endpoint and the app shell. Two consecutive failures of either target flip the state to DOWN and page the operator directly; the next successful check flips it back. The current state is stored on the API server, and the banner above is filled in by your browser at page-load time from the public status endpoint.
What "stale" means
If the monitor itself stops reporting for more than 15 minutes (say, the workstation it runs on went down), the status endpoint flags the feed as stale. A stale banner means the monitor can't tell you anything right now — it is not a claim that the service is fine, and it is not a claim that it is down.
Honest limits
This is a single-region status page run by a small company, not a multi-region monitoring network. It reports what the monitor sees from one vantage point. If this page itself fails to load its status, it says so rather than falling back to showing the last known state as if it were current.
