RoofCRM features

Everything below ships in the product today. Storm data is native — not a bolt-on integration — and compliance guardrails are enforced at the data layer, not left to rep discipline.

Storm intelligence

Hail history on every lead

Each lead card and lead detail page shows the storm history at that address — hail events near the property, with dates and severity, pulled from ECB TX's Texas storm dataset. Reps see the storm story before they knock or call.

Interactive hail swath map

A live map of hail swaths over your market with date controls and a storm history panel, so you can see exactly which neighborhoods a storm crossed.

Bulk lead import from a swath

Select a storm swath on the map and import the affected addresses as leads in one action — your canvass and call lists come straight from where the hail fell.

Storm Room dashboard

The home screen is a Storm Room: pipeline metrics and a storm map together, so the day starts from what the weather just did.

Guided selling

Script card + "do this next"

Lead detail pages carry a guided script and a concrete next-step prompt, so newer reps follow the same proven flow as your best closer.

Call queue with dispositions

A worked queue of leads with disposition tracking — every contact attempt gets an outcome, and the queue moves you to the next lead.

Door-to-door canvassing tracker

Track knocks and canvass outcomes separately from the phone pipeline, so field and office work don't blur together.

Pipeline + customers

Standard CRM backbone: leads, pipeline stages, customer accounts, activity history, and CSV export of your lead list any time — your data stays yours.

Compliance-first outreach

Do-Not-Call enforced in the data layer

When a lead is marked DNC, the phone number is withheld and call/text paths are blocked everywhere in the app — it is not a checkbox reps can ignore.

Quiet hours and opt-outs

Outreach sequences respect quiet-hours rules, honor STOP/opt-out requests, and write an audit log of every attempt — including attempts the system blocked.

Cadence sequences

Enroll leads in multi-step follow-up cadences with human-approved message drafts. Nothing auto-sends without passing the compliance gates.

Outreach reports

Company-level reporting on outreach activity, including what was blocked and why — compliance you can show, not just claim.

Estimate to paid job

Estimates with online acceptance

Build estimates and send the customer a private link where they review and accept with a typed e-signature — no printing, no scanning.

Invoices

Turn accepted work into invoices and track what's been billed and paid per customer.

Insurance claims tracking

A dedicated claim lifecycle — carrier, claim number, status — linked to the customer, separate from the sales pipeline. Built for storm-restoration work.

Jobs, crews, and scheduling

Convert estimates to jobs, assign crews, and run the week from a schedule board. Photo capture and document storage live on leads and customer accounts.

Built for the truck, not just the office

Honest scope note: RoofCRM is a young, focused product. It does not try to be an all-in-one suite — see how it compares to the big roofing CRMs for a frank take on who it fits.
